Rental does not include:
- Overnight-Tax (including Bern-Ticket LIBERO Zones 100/101) = CHF 5.30 per night
- Exemption from Tax if registered at City of Bern (copy required)
Duration of Stay with Tenancy Agreement:
- The apartments are rented usually by the full calendar month or longer / Longstays privileged
- 2 months duration is recommended for searching a flat
- Holidays from 2 weeks (weekly rent, Monday - Monday), if available only
Rentals and Arrival:
- Rentals are beginning on the First of the Month or on every Monday, if available
- We have No Sunday Arrival in Mohnhaus
- Generally we do have Monday as our changeover day
- For any previous night please reserve a hotel or similar
- Thank you for understanding that we are not a hotel
